Gragg Advertising donates services to City Union Mission
Gragg Advertising helps to promote the Women Who’ve Changed the Heart of the City Event
Bettering the community and sharing the resources available at Gragg Advertising has always been a priority for the Kansas City firm. In an effort to give back to the community, Gragg Advertising has donated time and services to the City Union Mission to help in their goal to aid others. This spring, Gragg employees have been hard at work to produce material for the City Union Mission’s event Women Who’ve Changed the Heart of the City.
Each year, the City Union Mission honors four women who have given exceptional service to the Kansas City Community. This year the event will honor Rose Bryant, Mary Lou Jamarillo, Susan Stanton and Barbara Spilker. Each of these influential women have devoted their lives to the betterment of their communities through their work and large involvement in the volunteer community.
Proceeds from the event will support The City Union Camp In The Ozarks (CUMCITO). Each year City Union Mission sends about 350 children from Kansas City to the weeklong camp CUMCITO through the help of generous donors in the area. Last year the Women Who’ve Changed the Heart of the City event raised nearly $500,000 for the camp.
Gragg Advertising has worked with City Union Mission for about a year to help with their marketing efforts. Their employees donated time and resources to help produce pamphlets, programs and advertisements to help promote the event.
The Women Who’ve Changed the Heart of the City event was held today, April 20, at 11:00 a.m.
